Acclaimed as one of the top bass fishing lakes in North America, Table Rock boasts an abundance of bass, crappie, white bass, catfish, and bluegill. An aggressive fish management program, resulting in an impressive resurgence of largemouth, Kentucky and smallmouth bass of exceptional size, has allowed the lake to become an exciting stop for hobbyists and professionals alike.

Table Rock Lake offers has some of the best deep clear water fishing in the United States rated one of the top 10 lakes of the US for all types of Bass: Largemouth, Small Mouth, Spotted Bass, Mean Mouth, and White Bass with the use of artificial baits and live bait. Table Rock Lake Bass Fishing is year round from Mid-March for our pre-spawn fishing, April for our spawn, May for our post spawn topwater fishing. Table Rock also offers great Small Mouth Bass fishing June through December for our deep water fishing bite. Anglers can enjoy the summer deep water drop shot fishing with artificial and live bait for Bass, Bluegill, and White Bass.

Table Rock Fish

  • Largemouth Bass: The Largemouth is an excellent sporting fish, and fish in excess of 5 pounds are abundant. You will find them widely distributed around and throughout the lake.
  • Smallmouth Bass: You will find these fish located at the lower lake and upper reaches of the main tributaries. This breed is also considered the best battler once hooked.
  • Kentucky (Spotted) Bass: Are to be found abundantly along the entire lake and main tributaries. They are schooling fish during summer and fall and are also considered real fighters once hooked.
  • White Bass: Tremendous schools of white bass make annual runs to the upper reaches of main tributaries each spring.
  • Rock Bass (Goggle Eye): The Schooling fish are usually located in coves and creeks and are very good to eat.
  • Bluegill: Located all over the lake with a partiality to boat docks, this fish is not hard to find. A great piece of fish for the family dinner, big slabs over 3/4 pounds are not an uncommon occurrence.

Accessible from multiple public and privately owned locations just minutes to the west of Branson, Table Rock Lake has been delighting visitors and residents alike since it was formed by the damming of the White River in 1958. While visitors can find dozens of places to stay and play along the banks of Table Rock Lake, the area’s commercial developments have placed a high priority on preserving the scenic beauty of the natural shoreline, bluffs, forests and wildlife that inhabit the shoreline.

Table Rock Lake Facts

  • 43,000 to 52,300 (approx.) acres of surface area depending on the water level.
  • 750+ miles of shoreline.
  • Table Rock Dam and Powerhouse was completed in 1959.
  • The dam is 6,423 feet long and 252 feet high.

What’s Included

  • We provide all equipment including lures, rods/reels, baits, snacks, ice and water.
  • All rates include gas and oil, life vests for all passengers and photos of your catch emailed to you and available online.
  • If you would like to keep your catch, we will clean and package your fish for you to take with you. (This is a free service and there is no charge to you.)

What Clothes to Bring

Dress for the weather. Wear clothing and footwear that is comfortable for your trip. We recommend bringing some additional items in case of rain or inclement weather.

What Gear to Bring

We provide all fishing gear, but if you want to bring your own rods, reels or tackle you are free to do so. We also recommend bringing a sack lunch or snacks, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

Where Do We Meet?

We will touch base with each and every customer the day before your trip to make final arrangements including starting time, meeting place, etc.

Bad Weather Policy

We do not fish in severe weather, lighting or winds above 20 mph. If there are concerns about the weather, we will contact you the morning of your trip and we will make our choice to go or stay or delay. We will fish in the rain, but that is at your discretion. Please bring rain gear with you.

Guides

Every professional guide employed by, or referred by Branson Guided Fishing Trips is U.S. Coast Guard Licensed, Commercially Insured and Bonded, and is Red Cross First Aid & CPR Certified for your safety and ease of mind.

Group Size:

The Coast Guard mandates that our vessels occupy no more than 6 passengers at a time. For large groups, families, and corporate trips we offer multiple boats and guides for your comfort, safety, and fishing success. We do a lot of multiple boat trips due to having the largest boats in the fleet.

Corporate/Large Group trips available: We have on hand up to 12 licensed professional guides available to serve the needs of large groups. All group trips are designed to fit your needs, so call for rates and availability. Must call in advance to insure availability of guides.

Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions. We want folks of all ages to come and enjoy the fishing trip of a lifetime. We will help everybody succeed on their trip.

We offer instructional fishing trips for individuals, couples, families, corporate groups, large groups, tournament anglers and those needing help due to handicaps or disabilities.  We work with organizations like the DAV, Healing Waters, Wounded Warrior Project and Boys Homes.  We also love children so bring them!  With 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, and 8hr instructional fishing trips, we have a trip for everyone.
